I ran a meditation group on Sunday and the idea of getting up on the right side of the bed came up and creating our day through an affirmation or an intention. I asked the group if anyone had heard of the movie What the Bleep Do We Know? And only a few guys had.
As I drive in to school today I think of the theme creation and how we can create our reality through moment by moment infectious intention. I use the word infectious as we want our intention to spread like an intertwining vine that permeates our brain and then starts to infect our day to day activities with our desired outcome.
Here are words from Joe Dispenza (What the Bleep do we Know?):
“I'm taking this time to create my day and I'm infecting the quantum field. Now if (it) is in fact the observer's watching me the whole time that I'm doing this and there is a spiritual aspect to myself, then show me a sign today that you paid attention to any one of these things that I created, and bring them in a way that I won't expect, so I'm as surprised at my ability to be able to experience these things. And make it so that I have no doubt that it's come from you,'
